The programs offered include, but are not limited to, programs that allow for borrowers with less than perfect credit, non-standard income documentation, or borrowers looking for additional cash.

PRIMARY FUNCTION:
1. Pipeline management
2. Evaluate mortgage applications in the pre-approval stage
3. Work in conjunction with the Account Executive in building banker relationships
4. Pricing loans within acceptable limits
5. Working with internal staff to facilitate loans through the process (underwriting, processing, and funding)

OTHER PRINCIPAL DUTIES:

' Field incoming calls and assist bankers and AE's as needed
' Work with AE in determining needs of the bankers and how to meet those needs
' Set up and maintain filing system for pre-approvals
' Issue pre-approvals within company's guidelines
' Pipeline management. Includes following up with underwriting for decisions, following up with bankers on existing packages for status, and working in conjunction with processing and underwriting to assist in moving loan through the closing and funding process.
' Assist operations as needed on getting information from the broker, whether it be necessary to issue an approval or to complete a closing package
' Verifying pricing is accurate and has the appropriate management approval, if needed
' Follow up on pre-quals
' Business development and send new packages to potential bankers
' Solicit and develop solid business relationships with Account Executives, Inside Staff and Clients to facilitate smooth closings.
REQUIREMENTS
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
' College degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate or Banking preferred, or equivalent experience
' Minimum 2-3 years experience in the sub-prime industry or finance company environment preferred

KNOWLEDGE, SKILL AND ABILITY REQUIREMENTS:
' Intermediate computer skills in a Window based environment
' Excellent written and verbal communication skills
' Excellent customer service skills
' Strong analytical skills
