SVP/VP/AVP - Credit Division

SVP/VP/AVP– Credit Division $150K - $200K(Depending on Experience)
A Major International Investment Bank is seeking a Research SVP/VP/AVP for its Credit Division. The research team is involved in writing industry reviews and analyzing bank-financing transactions for complex transactions, including occasionally ones to non-investment grade borrowers. The analysis will involve preparation of detailed credit reports that review operating performance, financial position and outlook trend. Work will also require development of financial projection models.
Responsibilities:
*Risk Identification and assessment by identifying the significant risk factors, making a proper assessment and then incorporating the assessment into the financial projections; due diligence.
*Creating realistic and consistent financial projections.
*Creating quantitative financial projection model with effective risk drivers.
*Conducting peer company analysis and historical performance comparisons; industry analysis.Job Requirements*Strong Credit and related analytical skills/knowledge/abilities – strong understanding of macro economy, industries and major industry players.
*Undergrad business degree with strong finance and accounting background; MBA not required but preferred
*Strong analytical skills in financial analysis and broad industry expertise with some specific industries as strengths
*Strong report-making skills using MS Office software including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
*Strong interpersonal skills including effective presentation and negotiation skills
*Banking or similar financial services experience preferred.
*Should have at least 10 years prior work experience
