SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT REGIONAL MANAGER - TRI CITIES, WA

REPORTS TO: EVP CHIEF LENDING OFFICER
COMPENSATION: The base salary is 85-90K, plus a 30% incentive compensation package, medical, dental, vision, disability, 401K match to 4%, 5 weeks vacation, Employee Stock Ownership Program contributions, eligibility for restricted stock grants, etc.

THE MANDATE: In this role you will be responsible for working with the Business Banking Team Leader as the key CEO, Executives or Senior Management for the Tri Cities and surrounding market. All Branch Managers in the region report to this role. You will be using your superior leadership ability to mentor, guide, motivate and encourage these Mangers and the Personal Bankers to achieve the desired goals for your region. You will be making joint calls and prospect calls to demonstrate how to build new business while effectively taking care of the existing customer base and managing the region.
REQUIREMENTS
SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS:
•Ability to Lead, Encourage and Motivate others to reach their personal goals.
•Solid knowledge of the fundamentals of underwriting commercial and larger personal loans. Some commercial experience and the ability to determine a good deal, bad deal and successfully make referrals to the Business Banking Team.
•PC, Internet and Microsoft Office applications proficiency.
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.
•College graduate with major in Business, Finance, Economics, Accounting or related.
•Driving/Travel: As necessary.
