SUPERVISOR, QUALITY ASSURANCE

Responsible for supervising day-to-day workflow of the department, which includes ensuring that prompt follow-up and problem resolution occurs on all issues submitted by LPL Representatives.

Responsibilities:

Resolves escalated issues involving operational matters, and is a resource for staff members requiring assistance.

Provides training, coaching, and establishing/monitoring goals for up to 10 employees

Take ownership and evaluate problem inquiries from advisors for efficient and timely resolution

Uses LPL resources (BranchNet, BranchLink, BranchFile, BETA, Imaging, Vantive) to correctly assess problems and issues and work with LPL departments for resolution of these issues
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years supervisory experience in the brokerage, banking or financial services industry

Proficiency with electronic time management systems is a plus.

Ability to work in a team environment and show leadership and flexibility

Excellent written and verbal communication and customer service skills

Ability to mutli-task in a fast paced environment required

Bachelor’s degree required

NASD licenses 7 desired
