SUPERVISORMortgage Lending
Successful candidate will be responsible for supervising the day-to-day operations of the mortgage origination, processing and closing areas.
REQUIREMENTS
Requires 5-7 years mortgage loan origination experience in a supervisory capacity. Other qualifications include:

Strong interpersonal skills to positively supervise and motivate staff.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate with all levels of management.
Excellent organizational skills with ability to meet demanding deadlines, handle multiple priorities and adjust to sudden changes in workflow.
Working knowledge of Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corporation (FHLMC) and/or Federal National Mortgage Association (FNMA) guidelines.
Computer skills to include word processing and spreadsheet software packages.
