-Devise and execute business development strategies to maintain and acquire new clients

· Analyze clients’ financial needs, goals, sensitivity to risk and investment horizon

· Advise clients regarding the advantages and disadvantages of different investment strategies

· Create, implement, and continually review, a plan that includes strategies designed to help clients pursue their long-term goals

· You are a professional with at least 3-years of experience as a Broker, Financial Advisor, and possess the following:

· Marketing/business development aptitude

· Entrepreneurial spirit with a strong work ethic

· Excellent interpersonal skills and high level of integrity

· Competitive drive and achievement oriented

· High degree of self-confidence and empathy

· Execute trades for customers (walk-in and over the phone)
Provide stock quotes and news to customers
Accept customer checks and stock certificates
Follow up on pending ACATS transfers
Provide customer service for all aspects of account maintenance (account activity, pull history when necessary)
Work with margin accounts, give buying power, & balances
Keep up with reorg items, margin delinquencies, work short option report

REQUIRED SKILLS:

A current Series 7 and Series 63 license
Clean U4 securities record
Brokerage industry experience & understanding of the stock market
