ONLY EXPERIENCED LOAN OFFICERS NEED TO APPLY*******REQUIRED FOR RESUME TO BE REVIEWED - YOU MUST SUBMIT A COVER LETTER DETAILING YOUR EXPERIENCE WITH ORIGINATING LOANS AND A SUMMARY OF YOUR PAST PIPELINE OF CLOSED LOANS. IF NO MORTGAGE EXPERIENCE, YOUR RESUME WILL BE AUTODELETED*******LOCATION WILL BE IN STOCKBRIDGE, GA. We have a full service office with onsite processor. You will have your own office if required. BRING ANOTHER LOAN OFFICER WITH YOU AND RECEIVE A 75% SOLIT ON YOUR LOANS OR 5% ON THEIR LOANS.You will also be expected to close loans using your existing referral network (Realtors, Builders, Investors, etc.).
Our lending sources are numerous and include most major A-credit and Subprime mortgage lenders, for both residential and commercial properties. We also have a large pool of our own investors to fund deals in the very lucrative private money mortgage business for rehab, investor loans.

REQUIREMENTS
YOU MUST CLOSE A MINIMUM OF 3 LOANS PER MONTH. The ideal candidates need to possess, above all else, an incredible sense of integrity, time management and dedication. Strong people skills, being able to build an instant rapport with borrowers, lenders, and appraisers are also a must. You will need to be able to prospect your own leads as well.
