SERVICE CENTER, TRAINER
The Service Center is the first point of contact for LPL advisors who have inquiries regarding their clients’ brokerage, advisory, and retirement accounts. The ideal candidate will assist the Service Center Training Manager in ongoing employee, new hire and college graduate training. You will analyze current workflow, resources and knowledge base to identify training needs; and deliver staff trainings as required.

Responsibilities:

Deliver staff trainings as required

New hire and college graduate training program administration

Work with various internal departments to identify training needs

Analyze current workflows, resources, and knowledge base to identify training needs

Develop projects and training schedules.
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications:

1 - 3 years of operations and call center experience in the brokerage or financial services industry

Excellent presentation, written and verbal communication, and organizational skills

Classroom training and curriculum development experience preferred

Ability to multi-task in a fast paced, team oriented environment and meet deadlines.

College degree

NASD 7 license preferred
