SBA Lender

We are looking to speak with talented SBA lenders and small business lenders who are ready to take their career to the next level. If you are a strong business developer and know where to find deals then we want to speak with you. The candidate will be responsible for cold–calling and prospecting on new clients to meet sales quotas and grow their book of business. Travel will be required to meet with prospects face-to-face, as this position allows you to target prospects anywhere based on your relationships with brokers and your centers of influence.







We’re looking for candidates that have at least three or more years experience with a bank or commercial finance company. While SBA experience is preferred, we will also HIGHLY consider a small business lender who is interested in becoming a full fledged SBA lender. You DO NOT have to be a full fledged SBA lender to be considered for this job! Keep in mind, this position will DOUBLE any conventional lender’s salary!


You will be required to locate and originate SBA deals in your market or wherever your broker relationships or other contacts lead you. There are reasonable production quotas that you will be required to meet as well. This position is 100% entrepreneurial and independent. You will be working on your own with the support of their national support teams. If you feel you cannot work independently, then this position is not for you


We are looking for candidates who possess:


A strong record of production in the SBA or small business arena in this market.
This is a business development position, so the ability and desire to sell in the marketplace is essential. It is a commission driven compensation program, so strong sales people will succeed here both professionally and financially.
Knowledge of SBA products and financing, especially the 7a and 504 SBA programs.
Experience working in a financial institution or bank.
Credit skills. Formal bank credit training is preferred, but not a pre-requisite.
A desire to succeed.
Ability and willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients.
Strong relationship building skills.
