Credit AnalystA leader in global industrial real estate development.

My client has an immediate need for a Credit Analyst to join their already large but expanding Boston office. Responsibilities will include but not limited to:Assessing credit and credit worthiness of potential clientsHelp to formulate internal credit policy and procedures
Liaise with regional teams regarding the successful implementation of credit objectives
Prepare forecasts, analysis and reports.
The ideal candidate will have approximately2-3 years credit analysis experience with the ability to learn, develop and progress their career with the business. REQUIREMENTS
Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's degree preferably in Finance, Economics, Real Estate or Accounting and minimum 1-2 years experience in credit, finance research or underwriting. The ability to read and understand financial statements, identify cash flow concerns and weaknesses and to evaluate, assess and communicate credit risk is a must.
