Retail Mortgage Branch Manager - Greensboro / Winston-Salem, NC

We offer a broad range of mortgage products designed to meet the needs of all borrowers.This position is for a new branch opening in Greensboro / Winston-Salem, North CarolinaBranch Manager For Home123 – PrimeHome123 – Prime, a subsidiary of New Century Financial Corporation, is currently looking for a successful retail branch manager, who meets the following requirements:

3 to 5 years experience in a retail mortgage banker environment,

Consistent funding of 10 to 15 transactions per month,

Extensive mortgage product knowledge (conventional, FHA, VA, non-conforming and sub-prime),

Ability to hire, train, motivate and terminate office staff, when necessary

A strong base of business, including Realtors, builders and personal referrals,

Exceptional sales and persuasion skills,

Qualified candidates should be able to bring 2 loan originators with them, upon joining company,

Strong communication skills,

Detailed oriented, with the ability to prepare and interpret required reports,

Must be able to provide a proven track record of success in managing a Retail Mortgage Banking office.
