Hours:
8:00-5:00 M-F

Summary:

This position is responsible for providing accurate and timely Retail loan documents while following compliance, loan policies, laws and regulatory requirements.

Specific Duties Include:
Prepare accurate loan documents to reflect the loan terms and collateral position as approved
Determine and resolve routine documentation issues that may pose present or potential risk of loss to the bank
Ensure lien perfection as required
Submit accurate information to Servicing, Operations and Records Administration
Follow established processes for renewed and paid-off loans
Identify routine compliance issues and report them to Manager for resolution as needed
Follow established processes and procedures to maintain effective controls
Assist Manager with routine research and testing as requested
REQUIREMENTS
Requirements:

The ideal candidate will possess a high school diploma or equivalent with 2 to 4 years of lending or equivalent work experience.
