Loan Officer candidates must possess the sales discipline, integrity and motivation to successfully prospect and convert qualified leads at specified levels.
Sales Management candidates must have a proven background in recruiting, retaining, and leading sales personnel to high levels of production.


REQUIREMENTS
Travel Percentage: 0%Qualified candidates must have the following:


Prefer a minimum of 2 years mortgage origination experience, preferably in the sub-prime market.


Sales Management candidates must have a proven background in recruiting, retaining, and leading sales personnel to high levels of production.


High energy, results driven personality.


Working knowledge of MS Word; also prefer experience with a Loan Origination System.


A High School diploma or equivalent is required.
