Retail Banking Center Liaison

Responsible for centralized support of banking center personnel regarding operational, policy and procedure, and automation issues. Tracks and reports issues, identifying work process improvements and training needs. Responds to and tracks inquiries regarding the teller platform automation systems and policies and procedures. Analyzes, resolves and documents problems or reports them to branch connection supervisor or to technical help desk. Acts as liaison between banking centers and technical help desk to facilitate and expedite the resolution of technical issues. Analyzes and responds to more complex inquiries involving a higher level of understanding of legal issues and documentation. Acts as intermediary between banking centers & back office areas. Participates in system enhancement & testing activities. Mentors and trains new Banking Center Liaisons. Other duties as assigned.

Retail Banking Cntr Liaison I, X19 - Typically requires a Bachelor's and 2+ years of directly related experience. Full use and application of standard principles, theories, concepts, and techniques. Working knowledge of personal computer, Microsoft Office and banking policies and procedures.

Monday-Friday 10:15am-7:15pm
Must be able to work a flexible schedule-rotate weekends and holidays
