If you have not taken the state test, then you must sign up at www.promissor.com and provide the certificate of passing.

Loan officers also require at least 18 months of experience or taken a 15 hour course AND passed the state test.

So to recap again, you must have at least 3 years of mortgage experience or 18 months experience and a college degree in finance or banking or business administration
