A very well established bank is seeking several Loan Originators to join their team. They have recently expanded their mortgage division. This bank is a ''One Stop Shop'' They have the ability to originate loans in all 50 states and the District of Columbia. Because of their technology and open systems, the originators can work from any location, including home. Initially, they will be housed in one of the existing offices located in Summit, Franklin, or Columbiana counties.

Duties include:

Identify potential customers through networking and leads

Serve as a liaison between customers and the bank

Approve/deny loan applications for membership within the loan policy guidelines

Identify opportunities to cross sell bank products and services

Assist department in meeting lending goals

Qualifications-
At least 2 years of experience in loan originating
Residential mortgage loan experience
Detail oriented and able to work independently with little supervision
Positive and energetic attitude
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Sales (Cross Selling) experience and goal oriented
Understanding Scoring Models
