Residential Construction Lending Manager

Manages Residential Construction Lending. Solicits, analyzes, processes, underwrites, market and originates residential construction loans to builders and individuals whiel expanding the business. Reviews and understands construction lending policies and procedures. Reviews and understanding the Company's standard forms for applications, term sheets, commitments and other documents for processing and closing loans. Contacts potential borrowers and promotes the company. Pepares applications, term sheets, commitments and other documents for processing and closing loans. Prepares loan committee minutes for loans to be originated. Inspects the physical condition of properties. Reviews the financial status of prospective builders. Maintains a thorough knowledge of appraisal, environmental and structural requirements. Reviews compliance with federal, state and local laws. Provides status updates to investors and borrowers. Handles special requests by builders and borrowers. Other duties as assigned.

Resd Const Lending Mgr, X25 - Typically requires a Bachelor's Degree and 6+ years of directly related experience, managerial experience preferred. Requires advanced knowledge of a professional field. Applies advanced principles, theories and concepts. Contributes to the development of new principles and concepts. Requires a considerable working knowledge of other related fields and the ability to apply that information to current role. Advanced knowledge of construction lending, credit analysis and loan regulations. Must have good customer service, PR and PC skills. Management experience preferred.
