Reporting Analyst - Customer Care

Seeking Customer Care reporting analyst to perform the following:
*Data Collection - collect data from each of the vendors related to Customer Care performance and transactions
*Data Entry - enter data into spreadsheets and macros to then be used for reporting purposes.
*Report Execution/Distribution - execute reports from either the excel spreadsheets or supporting applications and then distribute to recipients
*Report Development - Using the defined requirements for the report, develop utilizing Excel or PowerPoint. Report should be validated for accuracy in content and then data validated.

REQUIREMENTS
Must have superior MS Office skills - including Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Excel skills include creation, utilization of macros, linking, pivot tables etc.
Visual Basic. Oracle and/or Access knowledge is a major plus
Accurate data entry skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to start work asap
Must be willing to commit to temp position until at least year end
