Reorg & Investment Support Manager

Hours/Schedule: 8:00 AM -- 5:00 PM Description: Contributes to the enhancement of the overall productivity and efficiency of the centers by identifying and recommending new automated routines to achieve the desired results and implementing changes.Maintains an up-to-date procedures manual. Maintains a thorough knowledge and understanding of changes in the securities industry. Maintains a staff with sufficient ability and experience to fulfill these responsibilities by:Providing training for subordinates; Conducting performance evaluations of staff; Making recommendations regarding staffing selections, promotions, compensation, and termination of personnel; Ensuring adherence to procedures, controls, and standards to guide activities of subordinates; and Preparing center budgets and managing expenses within approved budgets.
Job Requirements
Job Requirements: Bachelor's-Degree in Accounting or Business Administration or equivalent training and/or work experience.Knowledge and understanding of corporate reorganizations, collectable.and convertible securities and put option municipal bonds. Proven leadership and organizational skills. Good oral and written communication skills.
