Relationship Mgr./Commercial Banking

An experienced Relationship Manager with primary sales and marketing responsibility for developing high levels of financing and fee business from a moderate to complex client and prospect base. The Relationship Manager is expected to spend 20-25% of available time in customer development activity. By utilizing their strong product and financial knowledge gained from their experience, the incumbent is comfortable consulting with small to middle size businesses in all aspects of financial service. Must demonstrate a proven ability to successfully book moderate to complex credit requests over a sustained period of time while maintaining the Bank’s acceptable risk and profitability criteria.
REQUIREMENTS
Requires a minimum of two to five years experience in Business Banking with a Bachelor's Degree, preferably in business-related field, or equivalent work experience.
Excellent understanding of products and services applicable to target client segment. In depth knowledge of Business Banking credit policies and procedures.
Credit/financial statement analysis, loan structuring, cash flow analysis and accounting skills.
Experienced PC user with skill in the use of Windows, Word, Excel and other computerized tools, which may be utilized on a daily basis.
Working knowledge of Bank operations.
Demonstrated sales and marketing abilities with 'bottom line' responsibility and positive financial performance.
Capable of working independently and/or in teams.
Strong interpersonal skills evidenced in both verbal and written communications as well as excellent listening skills.
Ability to anticipate and interpret client needs and provides appropriate solutions.
