Relationship Manager I - III Lending

Services small to intermediate-sized agribusiness/commercial business management relationships. Responsible for building and maintaining referral network throughout the community. Builds relationships with clients that may include various City National Bank internal business partners and their services and products, as appropriate. Responsible for profitable growth of the portfolio assigned. This may be accomplished through active calling efforts and referrals from existing clients. Identifies and promotes solutions to client needs. Maintains an active calling program. Acts as a consultant to clients and a resource to the Bank in developing and retaining business. Possesses excellent product and operational knowledge. Utilizes superior negotiation and closing skills.
Job Requirements





Bachelor's degree plus prior credit training required.


Prior agribusiness/commercial lending experience desired.


Strong sales acumen


Good credit analysis and accounting skills required.


Good product and operational knowledge required.


  Strong sales and marketing abilities required.


Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills required.


Must be able to work well independently and in teams.


Must be able to work autonomously in making sound business decisions and exercise appropriate level of authority.
