Ensuring appropriate RESPA pre-disclosures are sent out within the 3-day window.
Preparing adverse action letters for denied loan files, as well as canceling aged loans out of the system.Principal Duties Setting new loans up in Point and Data-Trac within established timeframes, including pulling credit reports and sending out the appropriate pre-disclosures to the borrowers.
Management of the 3-day compliance report.
Printing out conditions on loan files and presenting the information to the appropriate individuals to have the conditions reviewed.
Communication with brokers to obtain necessary loan conditions.
Completing employment and residence certifications.
Pulling DISSCO verifications when needed.
Completing processor certifications.
Reponding to customer requests for miscellaneous documents, i.e. copies of appraisal reports.
Miscellaneous copying.
REQUIREMENTS
Education and Experience Requirements High School Diploma or equivalent.
Prior experience in the mortgage or banking industry preferred.Knowledge, Skill and Ability Requirements Intermediate PC skills in a Windows based environment.
Proof reading skills.
Candidate must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Candidate must be detail oriented and organized.
Candidate must be able to multi-task.
Ability to work independently.
