Regional Trust Manager

This position will office in BILLINGS, MT. Overall responsibility across a region for the local trust office(s). Accountable for the performance of the associated trust business including growth, profit management and risk management. The trust office(s) are comprised of Trust Officers and Trust Assistants who are responsible for setting up and administering estate and personal trust accounts; retaining client relationships and accounts; and developing these relationships to their fullest potential by cross-selling PCS services. Assigns accounts and ensures relationships are managed according to fiduciary policies and procedures to ensure satisfactory audits and service standards are met. Also responsible for recruiting, interviewing, hiring, training, and developing trust team members. Provides fiduciary oversight and answers difficult or complex questions regarding trust taxability, document interpretation and fiduciary risk management. May review documents, negotiate fees and approves discretionary distributions up to appropriate amount. Typically reports directly to the Region Manager. May be directly responsible for the regional trust business budget and expense control. Incumbents in this role should not have a significant individual book of business.
Minimum Qualifications


* Minimum Qualifications:5 years experience in Trust and 1 -3 years managing Trust Officers.
