Demonstrates an in-depth knowledge of all branch operating policies and procedures to effectively support and advise all branches within the Region. Monitors and ensures consistent adherence to policies and procedures to cause an effective customer experience. Coordinates all operational aspects of RCB initiatives to include process changes and new product introductions. Acts as a liaison between Regional and Territory teams, identifies and addresses common issues, operational controls, service levels, etc. to and between Regional Management, other LOB's and Operations. Ensures that the branch environment allows a powerful customer experience. Responsible for ensuring the Region's basic operational issues such as safety/soundness issues, facility issues and expense management are managed accordingly. Exhibits sound operating control and works continuously to improve operational integrity and quality. Exercises due diligence in the review of results and customer transactions.
Ensures the Region demonstrates sound operating controls through compliance with internal operating policies and procedures. Manage fraud and operating losses in the Region. Facilitate periodic cash counts and audits, as necessary, and take appropriate action. Monitors and controls refunds and other controllable expenses across the Region. Coordinates training support for the Region relating to system changes, procedural changes, etc.
Works with Territory Administration to disseminate information to branch employees and ensure timely and efficient compliance with information. Recommends coaching, training and development for employees in the Region. Assists in coaching employees not meeting procedural / operational expectations. Accountable for causing overall satisfaction and retention of the Region's customer base through driving sound operating procedures that favorably impact our customers. Provides on-going coaching and leadership of Market Managers and Branch Managers around leadership, drive for results and customer non-negotiables that impact customer satisfaction and retention. Understand the drivers of customer satisfaction within the Region and creates operational strategies and tactics to address improvement opportunities. Communicates a compelling and inspired vision or sense of core purpose / strategy. Enrolls and aligns team around the RCB, Region, and branch strategies. Is a change agent / coach in service of the RCB's strategy. Motivates the employees of the Region. Assists in Branch Transformation in all branches and ensures the delivery of our customer promise in every branch across the region. Can be counted on to exceed goals successfully. Is a change agent/coach for achieving results. Steadfastly pushes self and others for results. Owns retention success from a service perspective. Is optimistic.
Job Requirements
Bachelors degree preferred, but not required. Typically requires a minimum of five years in a senior function in a branch or branch operations. Branch or branch operations relevant experience would be considered in lieu of education. Effective oral and written communication skills. Customer service oriented. Project management skills with ability to interact with peers and management. High level of knowledge of policies, procedures, and services. Uses knowledge of branch operations to ensure effective support of staff, branches, and management. Interacts with service partners across lines of business. Assists in managing all operational functions of Region's Administrative unit. Responsible for effectiveness and compliance.
