Regional Retail Manager

If you have proven success in sales coaching within the banking industry, please apply now!Position Summary:This position is responsible for managing branch sales cultures at two Batavia locations to maximize results using customer service-based sales strategies. Additionally, this position is responsible for administering operation of the branches with total savings deposits of varying amounts, depending on the size, goals and other standards of the branch. The position is also responsible for the recruiting and hiring of tellers and personal bankers, as well as conducting employee reviews.Essential Responsibilities:1. Manages branch sales cultures through relationship and customer service-based sales coaching. Motivates employees to exceed sales targets by meeting customer needs.
2. Incumbent must maintain excellent relationships with the surrounding community. Represents Old Second to the community through excellent customer relations. Incumbent is expected to be involved in two or more local community activities, with a leadership role in at least one.3. Manages overall branch office operations and decisions including hiring/firing, staffing, customer service, and maintenance issues.4. Oversee both Teller and Personal Banking operations to ensure efficiency, productivity, and compliance. Accountable for satisfactory Audit scores.5. Reviews staff members for formal performance evaluations and recommends salary adjustments. Counsels employees when needed. Coordinates staff training when needed.
REQUIREMENTS
1. At least 5 years management in a bank setting.
2. Excellent communication skill.3. Proven sales coaching track record.4. Bachelors degree in Business or related field required.
