The Regional Home Loan Specialist establishes and maintains relationships with multiple branches within an assigned territory for the purpose of generating new sales.

 

Primary Responsibilities include:Build and maintain relationships with Smith Barney Financial Consultants to ensure a steady flow of new loan applications. Develop sales presentations/marketing campaigns to attract future branch business Develop value added services in support of Financial Consultants which result in increase referrals Provide product sales training to Financial Consultants to ensure effective procurement of loan applications Provide input to senior management on the development and implementation of strategic sales plans for assigned territory.
REQUIREMENTS


3+ years experience in the Financial Services Industry, preferably mortgage sales;
