Responsibilities will include:Meeting with institutional clients to discuss industry trends and company prospectsReviewing and writing research reports and notes on companies for distribution to the UBS sales force and both institutional and retail clients Studies of industry groups and specific analysis/modeling of individual companies and their securitiesCommunication of recommendations on the purchase, sale, or holding of securities to institutional clients through the firm's sales force and through direct client contact. REQUIREMENTS
Basic Qualifications:Typically 3-5 years of sector-related experience
May require advanced degree in field and/or MBA
Ability to present ideas cohesively and synthesize information key to relevant points
Ability to build relationships with a broad universe of clients
Effective speaking and written communication skills - must be persuasive; appropriately persistent
Innovative and creative with idea generation; superior marketing skills
Team orientation and proven ability to work well in a global environment
Strong work ethic; ability to work independently
Strong detail orientation and organizational skills
Must be prepared to travel as required
