Receptionist

We are looking for an individual who would start as our Receptionist, but seeks an opportunity for growth into an Loan Assistant or Processing Position over the course of a year.
Our training program begins as a Receptionist, learning our business, starting with the basics.
Typical day to day duties include but are not limited to the following:
-Answer phones in a professional manner.
-Check company email and forward emails to appropriate individuals.
-Maintain a positive and professional image.
-Assist with Marketing.
-Call clients to arrange appointments or to follow up on current loans in process.
-Email clients as a method to follow up.
-Assist Loan Officers as assigned or requested.
-Ensures that all paper is stocked in copy machine & fax machine.
-Creates an office supply needs list weekly.
-Makes coffee for office for the morning.
-Tracks loan applications and follows the tracking system.
-Keeps a company calendar with vacation planning, loan officer office duty days, etc.
-Other duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS
Must be able to work Monday-Friday, from 8:30AM - 5:00PM.
Must have reliable transportation to arrive promptly to office.
Must be able to communicate effectively via phone, letters, fax, email and in person.
Experience in the banking, lending or real estate field a huge plus.
Must be able to dress professionally or in business casual. NO JEANS.
