RETAIL OPERATIONS MANAGERThis is a mid-level management position in Retail Operations, responsible for managing the back office functions related to retail based products and services, including Special Accounts, Special Services and ATM Deposit areas.
REQUIREMENTS
Requires 5-7 years leadership experience in a financial institution within a sales environment. Other qualifications include:

Associate’s degree in business, finance or related field preferred and/or related work experience.

Excellent interpersonal skills required to positively manage and motivate staff development

Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to effectively present, interpret and analyze reports, business correspondence and procedure manuals.

Excellent organizational skills with ability to handle multiple priorities, meet demanding deadlines and adjust to sudden changes in workflow.
Knowledge of applicable state and federal regulations.

Computer skills to include word processing and spreadsheet software packages.
