The ideal candidate shall possess a positive attitude with a professional demeanor, be a self-starter, State licensed, and have a minimum 2 years experience originating residential mortgage loans with a proven track record.The candidate must also possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, knowledge of a 1003 along with applicable state disclosures, good organizational skills, the ability to multi-task, and the ability to work in a fast paced environment. The candidate we seek should have a team player attitude, as well as a desire and willingness to grow within our organization. This position also will require a basic knowledge of Calyx Point, along with Microsoft products such as Word & Excel.OUR COMPANY:Park West Mortgage, Inc is a full service mortgage broker licensed in multi-states that offers our loan officers an extensive product menu including conventional, sub-prime as well as FHA & VA mortgage loans. We have an experienced staff offering expertise in every area of mortgage lending. Our top senior loan processor alone has 20 years experience processing conventional, FHA and sub prime loans. With this experience we offer our loan officers the knowledge and expertise to process and close loans in a timely, professional manner.
