Project Manager - IBM DotSphere or Content Manager experience

Ideally looking for experience with IBM/Silicon Plains DotSphere or IBM Content Manager.The PM should must have experience managing Client Server Application Development Projects.
Establishes and manages IT project plans (scope, time, cost, quality, human resource, communications, risk) in accordance with the Project Management Framework (PMF) and Project Management practices.
Builds and tracks dependency-driven and resource loaded schedules to meet project objectives - determines and manages the project team members' assignments.Liaisons with business units, systems analysis, developers, and QA Testing to coordinate project tasks to successful completion.
Drives completion of and approval of Project Management Framework and SDLC deliverables including Project Charter, Commitment to Deliver, MS-Project Schedule, Security Documents, Test Plan, etc . . .Identifies project risks, issues, action items, and manages to resolution.Maintains critical path and escalates communication of slippage as necessary.Facilitates formal project and gate reviews and obtains approvals.
Identifies signs of scope creep and manages scope.Ensures change control processes are followed.Ensures compliance of project records with quality control processes.Facilitates regularly scheduled project team meetings and communicates to stakeholders.
Gathers and documents weekly project status reports for noting issues, risks and milestones met.
Required Education and ExperienceBachelors Degree or equivalent work experience in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration or other related field.Proficient in MS-Project; MS-Office; MS-OutlookExperience planning and implementing IT Client Server Application Development projects (3 years minimum).Self-starter and seasoned professional.Hands-on application of Project Management Methodology.Strong leadership, facilitation and communication skills a must.Project resource estimating and financial tracking.Experience managing multiple projects at the same time.Experience managing implementations of third party software.
Preferred ExperienceBanking, Mortgage, and/or Financial Industry knowledge a plus.MS-Project Server 2003 a plus.PMI experience (PMP certification) a plus.
