Project Manager/Business Analyst - Mortgage Industry

Classification: Full Time Compensation: $80000 to $90000 per year Job Description: Create, manage and control technology projects for clients and internal Operations using and meeting the standard Process Framework.Review business cases for the project and at a micro level ensure they are maintained for specific software modules and feature sets. This is not strategic business planning; it is documenting the benefits to a major new feature.Organize resources and manage project benchmarks and tasks (on time, on budget, and ensuring quality).Maintain close relationship with the business analysts/ stakeholders/customer/prospect for awareness of customer needs and perspectives.Serve as the solution expert when dealing with thought leaders, analysts and press.Writing project documents, release notes, test scripts, white papers & technical communiqués.Review, analyze & evaluate business systems and user needs.Provide weekly, daily and on demand project health statuses and required financial reporting.Produce required documentation to meet the PMO Project Audit guidelines.Interact and managed close interaction with development leads, product architects, and key customers.Manage weekly reconciliation of planned to actual expenses for the project.Responsible for ensuring monthly time tracking and corresponding customer invoice's are accurate for all projects.
