Professional Receptionist

Requirements:
•Answer multi-line phones for entire office
•Greet walk-ins and customers in a professional and friendly manner
•Manage weekly reports for office
•General administrative tasks utilizing MS Word and Excel as needed
REQUIREMENTS
•A Bachelor’s Degree required
•1-2 years of administrative/office experience
•Excellent computer skills, including MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
•Ability to present a professional demeanor at all times
•Punctual and Reliable
