E*TRADE FINANCIAL Corporate Services provides companies with stock plan administration solutions and employees of those companies with financial services to manage the wealth created through their stock plan holdings. We are one of the top players in this market, competing successfully against Citi Group/SmithBarney, UBS, Fidelity, Merrill Lynch and others.

REQUIREMENTS


Qualifications:

Three plus years of demonstrated successes in web based client products/services, with a particular focus on financial or HR-related areas. Combination of strong analytical skills, ability to think strategically, and deep client empathy are essential for this position. Capability to understand and balance needs of multiple client segments, and effective team influencing skills critical for success in this role.Experience/understanding of equity compensation products and services is a plus.Financial services operations a plus.
BA/BS, an MBA is a plus.Series 7/63/24 licensing preferred.
