Product Manager

Description:



1. Design, develop and implement integrated lending initiatives (such as products that incl!
ude credit cards, home equity loans, mortgage offerings, margin, investing, banking and brokerage).

2. Cross-functional co-ordination for integrated lending product design, enhancement and launch including web/e-commerce.

4. Monitor competitors, industry trends, market research and conduct analysis. Includes searching web sites and databases for competitive information.

1. Must be results oriented and able to juggle multiple projects and tight deadlines

2. Excellent leadership and communication skills (interpersonal, written, oral and presentation) and team player.

3. Ability to apply sound business judgment (assess customer needs, market assessment, financial assessment) to new product, new market opportunities and product enhancements.

4. Ability to project-manage cross-functional projects in a matrixed environment (marketing, sales, technology, operations, communications, compliance, etcb

Education:



1. Experience leading large and complex cross-functional initiatives.

2. Five plus years in project management or product development role in financial services/ecommerce industries.

3. Five plus years experience with lending products and/or web-based product development in financial services.

4. Web-based product experience.
