An International Investment Bank seeks a Junior Compensation Analyst to support the Americas region with an emphasis on the Asset Management and Private Wealth Management businesses. Primary constituents are the Business Management and Human Resource Advisory Teams located in New York. Duties included a variety of compensation advisory matters as described below. This is a temp to perm opportunity for the right candidate.

REQUIREMENTS


Primary activities will be market data analysis and reporting, salary management, assisting in the year-end compensation process and general compensation analysis. Assist in managing the global comp process Prepare equity buyouts, helpful but not required knowledge, Bloomberg Trading Terminal and/or stock option pricing methods Compensation analysis & reporting Other general compensation advisory matters
Job Requirements Minimum experience 2-3 years in related area Experience in financial services industry preferred Very strong communication skills (written and verbal) Must have strong technical experience particularly in Access, Excel and PowerPoint Solid presentation skills Ability to work independently to resolve issues Must be able to think analytically and be proactive Bachelors degree required
