Processing Associate

Vanguard, one of the world's leading financial services companies, has various openings for skilled processors who can handle a variety of client transactions from start to finish. We're looking for an extremely organized multi-tasker who is committed to providing the highest possible quality, productivity and service to our clients.

As part of our Processing Team, you'll work directly with clients as they request various services from Vanguard. Using technical systems, you'll open new accounts, make changes to existing accounts, and resolve exception items. You'll complete transactions in a timely manner and review them for accuracy, completeness and compliance with internal and SEC policies. You'll partner with veteran associates on more complex issues, and work with internal teams to research and resolve client questions. You'll also participate in Same Day Quality Audits that review, edit, and provide feedback on the work of other team members.

As part of the department's ongoing quality enhancement team, you'll be asked to contribute ideas on how to better meet client needs, improve departmental workflows, and develop standardized resolutions. And you'll participate in regular training that will help you gain proficiency in every aspect of processing. REQUIREMENTS
Position Qualifications:

- Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience.
- One to two years' business experience, preferably in financial services; knowledge of Vanguard's registration types, services, policies, and compliance procedures highly desirable.
- Ability to maintain strong working relationships with internal and external clients.
- Ability to thrive in a team environment and to respond favorably to constructive feedback.
- Working knowledge of Lotus Notes, and Microsoft Office programs.
- Strong time-management, problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Various Work Shifts Available:

- Monday-Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm
- 4-day compressed schedule (includes Saturday)
