Capital One is looking for a campaign specialist to join the Customer Acquisition Center to support the ‘Mainstreet’ line of business. The successful candidate will join the Integrated Solicitation Process which is responsible for suppressing and segmenting prospect data to support the marketing strategy of our clients. Major responsibilities include developing campaigns within the Unica Affinium Campaign tool; translating business requirements into actionable specifications; acting as a subject matter expert for the prospect selection process and tool and applying analytical rigor to produce and review marketing strategy to ensure success and identify opportunities . Experience with process improvement methodologies such as LEAN, Kaizen and Six Sigma will also be beneficial as the role will require identifying and implementing process innovations and optimizations.
REQUIREMENTS
The ideal candidate will have:

Experience of building direct marketing campaigns using Unica   affinium software

Strong data modeling and analytical skills

A thorough understanding of relational database design and theory

Ability to write SQL statements to select and group data from Oracle

Ability to translate requirements into technical specifications

Strong Microsoft Excel experience

Proven process management skills

Ability to interact with, influence and successfully problem solve with team members

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced, production environment
