Principle Associate, Securitization

Capital One is seeking a capital markets professional to be an integral member of Capital One's Securitization team.The candidate will be responsible for:1) Structuring, negotiation and execution of auto securitization transactions.2) Responsibilities may include, but would not be limited to deal structuring and execution, collateral analytics, document negotiation, funding planning, compliance and project management.3) Serving as a key contact for both internal and external stakeholders
REQUIREMENTS
Required:1) 2-3 years experience in financial services or a related field2) BS in an analytical discipline (finance, IT, math, statistics, etc.)3) Strong analytical skills4) Strong project management skills5) Excellent communication and presentation skills;6) Demonstrated ability to grasp technical subject matter and explain it to non-technical audiences7) Working knowledge of MS Office, especially Word, Powerpoint and Excel;Preferred:1) 2-3 years experience in securitization, capital markets or corporate finance roles2) BS in Finance or Accounting with a strong knowledge of finance concepts and structured finance;3) Previous securitization transaction execution experience is a plus;4) MBA degree;5) CFA or CPA qualified.Job #505591www.capitalone.com/careers
