Opportunity to join and build a new division of one of the strongest national recruiting firms in the business. This individual will be responsible for building the banking recruitment division, including marketing, business development, sourcing, screening and selecting talent for our local and national clients.

Ideal Profiles:
- Professional experience in bank lending or banking sales environment.
- Professional experience recruiting and placing banking professionals.
- Business Development experience marketing financial services products.
- A BA/BS Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or business related field is strongly preferred.
