Our client is looking for a professional who can * Deliver higher level/strategic services to key clients (program management, strategic planning, high profile implementations) * Manage one or more key client relationships in a given city - including optimizing the relationship across business units and up the chain of command. * Assume responsibility for mentoring/managing junior staff on site at key clients * Assume responsibility for developing add-on sales opportunities within key clients: * Sourcing new/cross-selling opportunities * Sourcing opportunities to sell additional resources into existing projects

REQUIREMENTS
A qualified candidate should have more than 10 years of experience in the financial services sector. Candidates with knowledge in Charles River, Trade Order Management, Performance Systems, Fixed-Income, and Compliance are particularly encouraged. Experience in front to back ops experience/ broad knowledge of securities/ subject matter expert in 1 or 2 aspects / consulting, project management or experience as a vendor also encouraged.
