Platform Specialist/Business Analyst I

Provide support to end users and programmers for our platform interface. Identifies researches and resolves interface issues. Submits project request for changes and enhancements to the system. Utilize a call tracking system to ensure a timely completion on all projects and support calls. Has a minimum of 5 years experience with commonly used concepts, practices and procedures within the banking field. Relies on pre-established guidelines to perform the function of the job. Good communication skills, a pleasant demeanor and the ability to multi-task and change priorities are required. Some travel may be required.


Minimum Requirements:
Minimum 5 years banking experience
Analytical and problem solving skills are a must.
Skills with LANSA and Text based terminals are a plus.
Ability to communicate effectively with Vendors, Customers and Programmers.
Ability to handle stressful situations with professionalism and accuracy
Ability to work well with others in a team environment
Willingness to go the extra mile when needed
