Our client is looking for candidates within their Transaction Services practice. Deep knowledge of practical application and valuation methodologies. Strong working knowledge of GAAP (US and International). Working with complex tax issues and strategies, corporate finance strategies and valuation methodologies. Analyze complex transactions and identify key elements and issues needed to reach sound conclusions and solutions.

REQUIREMENTS
4-9 years prior auditing/accounting/valuation/M&A experience, preferably with a large public accounting firm or comparable large corporation. CPA or equivalent. MBA strongly preferred.
