As a Phone Banker, you will field incoming telephone calls from prospective/existing customers regarding a variety of banking-related questions and concerns with a goal of making a positive first impression to all customers. You will assist the customer with their financial needs, gather information and answer questions all while providing the kind of exemplary customer service our customers have come to expect.Our Phone Bank professionals recommend a full range of Wells Fargo products and services while giving accurate, thorough and efficient service to customers. Bankers are responsible for: Proactively recommending the full range of Wells Fargo products and services to fit a customer's needs. Duties include providing prompt, accurate, and courteous responses to our customers; processing various transactions; identifying opportunities to sell other products; making financial recommendations; meeting/exceeding aggressive sales referral goals; overcoming objections; providing in-depth information about Wells Fargo banking products and services.We value the ability to think critically, solve problems, develop customer relationships, sell products and offer company services, and the willingness to embrace new challenges. We provide our team members with continuous coaching and development which enhances their ability to provide exemplary customer service and product solutions to our customers.We offer a variety of flexible full and part-time day and evening schedules; at least $11.25 starting hourly wage, and a generous benefits and incentive program (including, quarterly bonuses, discounts on banking products, and tuition reimbursement).
