Personal Banking Officer I

The Personal Banking Officer responsible for the day-to-day interaction with customers of the branch. Act as the primary contact person and resolve operations issues at they arise. This person actively engages in meaningful conversations with customers to ensure that solutions are suggested/provided that meet the ongoing operational issues. As the operational expert for the customer they will be positioned to proactively execute on the concepts developed by the Branch Manager with minimal supervision. This person will also be instrumental as a liaison with other internal departments to provide the operational excellence to customers.Job Requirements

Minimum of 1-2 year of general banking operations experience is required.
Good knowledge of all bank products and services products.
Good knowledge of all phases of operations (e.g., installment loans, new accounts, loan payments, statement handling, wires) required.
Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills required to effectively interact with clients and all levels of bank colleagues.
Good analytical skills required.
Good Microsoft Office Suite skills required (e.g., Word, Excel, Outlook).
