Personal Banker (Part-time)

Establish, retain and deepen relationships with existing members and new members to achieve sales goals.
Identify and anticipate customer needs and match and recommend products and services to fulfill those needs.
Manage member contacts to provide a high level of member satisfaction.
Open deposit accounts, take loan applications, respond to customer requests and resolve issues.
Cross-sell products including referrals to other areas of the bank.
REQUIREMENTS
Requirements:The following skills are required to be considered for the Personal Banker position:
Minimum 1 year retail or outside sales experience.
Or proven success with sales quotas/incentive programs.The following skills are recommended for the Personal Banker position:
Group 1 licensing preferred.
Previous lending experience.
Previous new account experience.Hours for the Personal Banker positions are Monday-Thursday 8:45am-5:00pm, Friday 8:45am-6:00pm and every other Saturday 8:45am-1:00pm. Now hiring part-time Personal Bankings! Part-time shifts will be approximately 20 hours per week.Will accept walk-in applications
