As a Personal Banker In-Store, you will acquire, retain and expand new and existing customer relationships by aisle prospecting, profiling to discover needs, recommending the best products and services, completing sales, proactively contacting and meeting customers, asking for referrals, and conducting appointments in our grocery store locations. You will also provide exemplary customer service and effective solutions to service questions or other inquires and perform paying and receiving transactions. Successful candidates are risk- and bottom-line-results oriented and goal-driven. They are also self-motivated, assertive, and perform well in a competitive sales environment. REQUIREMENTS


Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills

Excellent probing and listening skills to uncover customer needs

Strong presentation skills and PC skills

Strong planning, organizational, follow-up skills

Attention to detail, and self-discipline to manage daily administrative tasks accurately and efficiently

Customer service, sales and/or computer experience preferred

Ability to work weekends and evening hours required

Minimum 1-year sales experience required (2-5 years preferred)

High school degree or equivalent required (BS or BA degree preferred)
