Customer Service Administrator I is responsible for opening new accounts, taking credit and loan applications, promoting and selling bank products and services.
In addition, the selected candidate will be responsible for answering phone inquiries, ordering and maintaining supplies and forms, and assisting with safe-deposit maintenance.
Conduct internal sales presentations for staff as needed.
Will work the teller window as needed & a flexible schedule.
Applicants without previous Comerica teller experience will function as a Customer Service Representative (Teller) for 6 weeks and for the next year, will spend at least 60% of their time in a teller capacity.
CSA's are expected to assist management with daily activities as assigned. PLEASE NOTE: CURRENT CSA I AND CSA II 'S, CBS II'S, AND CBS III'S, AND SR CSR'S WILL TRANSFER AT THE SAME GRADE LEVEL.
CANDIDATES HOLDING OTHER TITLES SUCH AS (CSR , BR.RECP, AND OTHER CMA TITLES) WILL TRANSFER BASED ON QUALIFICATIONS AND OR EXPERIENCE.QUALIFICATIONS:
2 years customer service experience
2 years retail sales experience
1 year keyboard or data entry experienceHOURS:
8:30am - 5:30pm Monday - Friday
