We offer a full range of personal and business banking products with over 20 banking centers in communities throughout the Southern and Western Chicago suburbs and Northwest Indiana.PERSONAL BANKER - Flossmoor, ILWe are presently seeking an outgoing, sales-oriented professional for the position of Personal Banker. Located at our Flossmoor, Illinois Banking Center, overall responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:Sell products and services to customers and potential customers,Build customer relationships by matching appropriate products and services to customer needs,Perform tele-consulting contacts and achieve appropriate appointment ratio;Pursue leads that result in expanding customer relationships and profitability:Display exceptional customer service and sales skills and maintain a professional attitude,Assist in opening and closing the office;Assist staff with transaction difficulties or customer issues in absence of the supervisor.

REQUIREMENTS
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one year related experience and/or training: equivalent combination of education and experience. College degree a plus.
Minimum of six months to one year's experience in opening new accounts with emphasis on sales and relationship building. Banking experience a plus.Excellent communication and customer service skills.Language SkillsAbility to read and interpret documents such as safety rules and procedure manuals. Ability to write reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before employee groups or customers.Reasoning AbilityAbility to apply commonsense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written or oral form.
