Payroll Manager / ADP

Our Client, A European Bank is seeking a Payroll Manager in New York City to join their team. In this role, you will be handling all payroll day to day management and reporting (Monthly and Ad-hoc) and will handle all bank reconciliations, G/L, and 401K file/fund transmissions. The ideal candidate should have international payroll and visa regulations experience as well.

In this role, you will also work with Accounting on journal entries, and reconciliations of open accounts as well as assisting in payroll/administrative aspects for expatriates, trainees, and other transfers intra-group.Job Requirements
•B.A/B.S Required- Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) a Plus
•Knowledge of ADP Payroll System
•3+ yrs. Experience in a Payroll/Human Resources function
•Strong Communication and interpersonal skills and ability to interact with all levels of management.
•Good organizational skills, detail oriented, and have a Proactive attitude.
•Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
